Adult Services

The Adult Services unit provides services for, and information to, older and / or disabled adults.  The unit also provides support / resources to caregivers of older adults.  The unit’s goal is to enhance client self-sufficiency and encourage accessibility to available resources.  The following services are administered by this unit:  

• Adult Protective Services  
• Adult Guardianship  
• Adult Services Outreach  
• Adult Group Home /Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing Facility Monitoring
