Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization Program (CDBG-NR)
Eligible applicants for home rehabilitation assistance are residents who live in owner-occupied homes located in Ashe County and have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI). Not all homeowner applications will be funded, and priority will be given based on an individual needs scoring method.
